  • We work directly with our delivery partners to ensure there is no delay with shipment.
  • Our delivery time start immediately your order and payment is confirmed.
  • Before we process your order we will have to confirm your payment

Incorrect shipping information – if a package is returned to Becca Organic Care due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Becca Organic Care is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or stolen packages – Becca Organic Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order. upon inquiry, Becca Organic Care will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

 Items not in stock: we strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. in rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand for our products and limited availability of ingredients, products may be on back order. we will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. if it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

Refusal of service: we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • We use Ace Delivery and Dhl.
  • There is no next day delivery option.
  • No cash on delivery option.
  • No free shipping option.
  • Deliveries are made Monday- Friday.
  • To avoid delay, we recommend you use your work address or home address where there will be someone available to collect the delivery.
  • Buyer will cover any custom cost or taxes incurred in shipping to your destination if there is any.
  • Any refused delivery will incur the cost of the original one and return.

 

 NIGERIA DELIVERY

  • We use Ace Delivery
  • Delivery is made within 1-4 working days (Lagos Only) after order.
  • Delivery is made within 7-10 working days (Outside Lagos Only) after purchase/order.
  • Delivery is not charged on purchases from N100,000 and above.
  • Cash on delivery is only for orders from N50,000 and above. (Lagos Residents Only)
  • Fee is not charged on local pick up.
  • Business days are from Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays BUT the website is available Monday to Sunday 24 hours.

Becca Local: Within 1-10 days

  • All Lagos cities 1-4 working days
  • Ibadan, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Abeokuta 7-8 working days
  • Other cities 7-10 working days

 Becca International: 5-25 days

Becca Express: Same Day (Local Delivery)

Becca Global: 1-15 days (International Delivery)
