How do I place an order on your website?

Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the steps below:

• Select a preferred quantity and then click on ‘add to cart’, to add this product into your cart.
• Click on the ‘checkout’ tab to complete your order process
• At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer.
• Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Order’ button

How do I register?

Kindly click on the drop down menu under the shop and click on account tab located at the top right end of our homepage.
A pop-up screen provides you with the option to, login if you are an existing customer or register as a new customer either by filling the form with some personal information. After updating the required fields, click on the submit tab to create your account.

What if I don’t know how to use a product?

Usage instructions are on the label and also on the website. Click on the product you want to make usage enquiry about and click on the usage tab

What if I have a complain about a product or service?

How do I become a distributor?

All the products on our website are organic, cruelty free and vagan free. We assure you authenticity and originality.

Can you deliver to me outside Lagos?

Yes, Becca Organic Care delivers products to customers anywhere in Nigeria. We have a partnership with DHL and ACE.

What if my order is delayed?

Can you deliver outside Nigeria?

Yes.

Do you have an office address?

Yes, we do. Our corporate office is located in Gbagada. However, since we are an online store, we do not have physical showrooms. Once we receive your order, we will deliver it to your doorstep.

 

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

beccaorganiccare.com offers delivery services because of the goal of convenience. We do not encourage our customers to come to our office since products can be brought to their door steps. However, we have several pickup stations in Gbagada. Please click on the pickup station in our footer page to choose a pickup of your choice from the available options.

Which locations do you accept Cash on Delivery?

We accept cash on delivery in central areas of Lagos only. Cash payments cannot exceed ₦50,000 please make sure you have the exact amount as our delivery men do not carry petty cash.
How do I track my order?

We will send you an email when your order is shipped. You can also track your order via your account dashboard online. Click on your account and go the track order section.

 

 

 

Will I receive all my orders in a single package?

We endeavor send out products readily available as most of our customers appreciate prompt deliveries. If your orders do not come in a single package, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will also be delivered to you within the delivery timeline.

 

Payment

 

How do I make payment?

Becca Organic Care  has three payment options to choose from: Pay on Delivery, Online transfer or Via local and international MasterCard, VISA and Interswitch Verve cards. When you place your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose an option that is suitable for you.

 

Technical

 

I am having trouble placing items in the cart. Why is this?

In order to put items in the basket, you should adjust the security settings of your browser. Please follow the steps below:

For Internet Explorer 6 or 7:

  1. Click Tools.
  2. In the drop down selection menu, select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click the “Security level for this zone” and adjust it to custom level.
  5. Scroll down the settings to the scripting box.
  6. Select “Enable” in the Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets box
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Internet Options and then OK again to accept the settings.

 

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click Tools.
  2. In the drop down selection menu, select Settings.
  3. Click the Content tab.
  4. Check Enable JavaScript and enable Java.
  5. Click OK.

 

Google Chrome:

  1. On the web browser menu click on the “Customize and control Google Chrome” and select “Settings”.
  2. In the “Settings” section click on the “Show advanced settings…”
  3. Under the the “Privacy” click on the “Content settings…”.
  4. When the dialog window opens, look for the “JavaScript” section and select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)”.
  5. Click on the “OK” button to close it.
  6. Close the “Settings” tab.
  7. Click on the “Reload this page” button of the web browser to refresh the page and continue shopping.

 

Returns

What is a return form?

A return form is requested by a customer if there is a need for return. It is sent to you if there is any deficiency. You fill the form and ship back with the package to our office.

What is the return policy for purchase?

For international and local purchase: returns are only accepted for the below reasons:

 

Reason Description
Defective Item Item is damaged upon delivery or not according to manufacturer’s specification
Wrong item If you received an tem different from what you ordered.

 

For example, we do not accept returns if customers don’t like the product. We encourage you to carefully check full description of the items and confirm it will meet all your expectations before placing your order.
How do I cancel an order?

You can request to cancel your order online by

1) signing into your account,

2) visiting My Account, and

3) clicking the button to cancel your order.

While you may instantly cancel orders not yet shipped, please note that shipped orders may get to you before your cancellation request is processed. You also have the option of rejecting or accepting the order on delivery but the initial delivery charge will be paid by you. You can also call our customer care to request order cancellation.
